Ballet Nights presented an unforgettable evening of world-class dance, live music, and bold new choreography at the Cadogan Hall. At the heart of this edition was Ekleido — a mesmerising new work that captivated audiences and spotlighted the exceptional talent of Hannah Ekholm. Ekholm, who began her training at the National Swedish Ballet School and the Royal Swedish Ballet School before continuing her studies in the United Kingdom, delivered a performance that bridged her Swedish roots with her international career. Her artistry stood out as a highlight of the evening, embodying the spirit of cross-cultural excellence that Ballet Nights celebrates. The evening also marked the engagement of Royal Ballet & Opera Principals Fumi Kaneko and Vadim Muntagirov, adding a sense of joyous occasion to an already exceptional programme. Performances by Sangeun Lee and Gareth Haw of English National Ballet, alongside flamenco stars El Yiyo & Andrés Barrios, completed a diverse and thrilling line-up. Members of the Anglo-Swedish Society were proud to support and celebrate Swedish talent on the international stage, attending together in prime seats at a special discounted rate. It was a night to remember — where boundary-pushing dance met timeless artistry.
