Cambridge Ambassadors’ Dinner

The storied hallowed main hall of King's College Cambridge saw a uplifting and highly enjoyable dinner to honour the Ambassadors of the Nordic nations as they come to celebrate the studentship, at Oxford and Cambridge Universities, of some of the brightest and most articulate of Nordic students. The Ambassadors' Dinner is an annual event in late winter held alternately at an Oxford and a Cambridge college. No location of recent times has been as impressive and as welcoming as the main hall of King's College Cambridge, where sumptuous food and elegant wines complemented conversation and discussion. Beni Warner from King's College was a key person organising things and much kudos is due to him. The Anglo-Swedish Society provided financial support for the Cambridge Scandinavian Society and was represented by its Honorary Secretary, Professor David Goldsmith.
