Culinary scholar from Nyköpings Restaurangskola who received support to spend a month at the Fat Duck in Bray from 4 march 2013. “I hope to be able to build on my skills, get inspired and have fun”.
Eric is one of the youngest participants in the Taste of Stockholm’s popular chef duels. He is a member of the Swedish Junior Culinary Team, and works everyday in the kitchen of a restaurant Provisioning in Stockholm. He has also previously worked at EAT Restaurant, in Stockholm.
