Fabienne Glader

Fabienne grew up in Stockholm and began playing the violin at the age of four. Aged five she studied under Russian violinist Nina Balabina. By eight years old Fabienne had played numerous concerts for the Swedish Royal Family and other privately funded events. In 2020 she started studying at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. In 2021 Fabienne was awarded the Welin Scholarship and was also accepted to the Young Musician Academy. The Anglo-Swedish Society are delighted to award £5,000 towards funding Fabienne's studies at the prestigious Purcell School for Young Musicians in the UK.
