The Society's President, Baroness Maddock, hosted a most illuminating a talk at the House of Lords where Sweden's State Secretary Mikael Sandström, Head of the Moderate Party Policy Coordination Office, shed light on recent developments in Swedish politics. The title of the talk was "How has the Swedish Model influenced British Politics".
