SHAKESPEARE IN SONG

Members of the Society enjoyed a very strong performance by internationally renowned mezzo-soprano Anne Sofie von Otter, actor Simon Robson and pianist Julius Drake. The performance was part of the Oxford Lieder Festival and was held in Sir Christopher Wren’s 1669 Sheldonian Theatre. After drinks with the artists, members enjoyed an informal supper at Quod brasserie.
