Valborg

The annual Valborg dinner was held at the Travellers Club to hail the arrival of Spring. There was a champagne reception followed by a three course dinner. A musical performance was given by violinist Amalia Young and pianist Jay Austin Keys who the society had sponsored to help with their travel to the Hjorted Music Festival last summer.The society was pleased to have representatives from both Oxford and Cambridge Scandinavia Societies. HE Ambassador Gullgern and his wife Mrs Alla Logova were guests of honour alongside the society's President Lord Beith. After dinner everyone enjoyed the punsch and singing!
